US Grade 9 - 12
In this one-time class, I will share tips and tricks of how to start a garden indoors (for cooler climates) and when to plant outside or transplant your indoor seedlings outside. I will discuss the types of soil, different needs of fruits and vegetables, how to care for your plants indoors, how to transplant and test the soil to make sure the garden is in an ideal location. Gardening and growing your own food is an excellent life-long skill that you can benefit from in so many ways and I am eager to share this knowledge with others so they can have this skill to carry with them as well. A pencil and piece of paper is all that is needed for this class.
