This ongoing class if for students who are pursuing a Project and are looking for ideas to pursue or ideas to help solve a problem. This class is done in a show and tell format to help develop ideas.

I run a Forest Kindergarten and Natural Learning program using Inquiry and Project Based Learning. I have worked with families in the education field for more than 20 years in child centered learning. I have my Masters of Education in Sustainability, Creativity and Innovation which focuses on innovative learning approaches such as online and in person inquiry and project based learning.Assessment
After class parents will receive at least one challenge question for the idea(s) or interest(s) their child brought to class or the brainstorming ideas or problem solutions.Class Experience

Beginner - Advanced Level
For students wanting to develop an ideas they will bring with them at least one item or idea of interest. The can bring an item or picture that is of interest or to represent an idea. For students who want to brainstorm problem solve they will have a share time to talk about their project and their problem or question. Each student will share at least one idea or interest or more if there is time. Students collaborate together so are free to ask or answer questions about items or start a deeper inquiry once the item is introduced. The teacher will use an inquiry based model to deepen learning, facilitate theories and come up with a challenge question so they can explore their expertise more in depth on their own or in our project based learning class. Students may attend to observe others ideas so that they can brainstorm or form ideas of their own for future classes (please indicate if they wish to just observe). Learning Goals
Students will explore the level of inquiry they are proficient at and will be scaffolded to the next level of inquiry. Students will learn collaboration skills to work with other students to develop ideas and challenge questions.
