Class Experience
I am a 600 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with certification in Yoga for Children & Teens.
1 file available upon enrollmentPrinted coloring sheet and crayons/colored pencils. I've attached a link to a video I made on how to make an explorer vest and binoculars. They're encouraged but not required to make them. (Supply List: Paper Bag from the grocery store, marker, scissors, glue stick, 2 toilet paper rolls, masking tape or any strong tape, string) Students are asked to wear clothing comfortable to move in. For example shorts, leggings, joggers, t-shirts, etc. Please no skirts, dresses, or oversized clothing. No shoes or socks are required. A yoga mat is recommended but not required. The mat is a visual for personal space or safe space. If no yoga mat is available, a towel on any carpeted area is fine. The main concern is slipping on hard floors such as tile or hardwood. For safety purposes, please make sure the yoga area is free of sharp objects or corners in the case of a fall during balancing poses.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
