In this fitness and dance party, learners are encouraged to wear any fun costume. We'll be doing Halloween-themed hip hop dance steps. The dance steps will include fun footwork and silly imitations of monsters. This class is meant to be an opportunity for learners to let loose and have some fun! I am a 600 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with certification in Yoga for Children & Teens. I've danced professionally as a performer and teacher for over 20 years.
Any fun costume is optional.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I recommend a yoga mat or carpeted area. The main concern is slipping on hard floors such as tile or hardwood. For safety purposes, please make sure the area is free of sharp objects or corners in the case of a fall. Please keep an easy access water bottle nearby during class. You can count on us taking quick sips in between activities.
