In this one time class, learners will discover the Greek roots of words so that they can understand the meaning of new words.

US Grade 3 - 6
In this class, learners will learn twenty of the most common Greek roots of English language words. I will ask the learner to write down these roots and their meanings. Next, I will ask the learner to put each root word into a sentence to check their understanding. I will give examples to help the learner.
