Class Experience
In this 6-week online course we will read six famous myths from Usborne's Illustrated Greek Myths book, participate in interactive games and questions and draw our favourite part of the story each week! Each story will take 25 minutes to read out loud (you do not need a copy of the book as I will hold it up). Following the story there will be 15 minutes of discussion, interactive quiz questions and an opportunity for every child to draw their favourite character or scene from the story. No...
I have a humanities degree from the University of Oxford and have been teaching classical civilisation and greek mythology classes on Outschool for three years.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will share my screen to ask quiz questions and share youtube videos, you do not need your own youtube account or your own copy of the book.
