Welcome to the 6 week class about Greek Heroes! The stories of the heroes have been fascinating people for thousands of years. The Greek Heroes go on epic quests and journeys. They fight monsters. Gods and Goddesses appear throughout the tales to both help and hinder them. The stories include comedy and tragedy along the way. I have loved Greek Mythology for most of my life and having been reading all the myths I can get my hands on. I recently travelled to Athens for a month and visited major historical sites related to the myths in order to learn even more. I am ver excited to share this new knowledge.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
These are tales of great battles and can include some violence. All language and descriptions will be kept appropriate for students.
