We will be reading and discussing the popular book, "Greeking Out: Retellings of Classic Greek Myths". There are 20 myths are from the creators of National Geographic Kids' Greeking Out podcast. We will focus on one myth a week. You can join this class at any time! You will need a copy of the book or a digital copy! The chapter (myth) for each week will need to be read prior to class. Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of various cultures, myths and legends, and literary devices used in old stories. Students will work on critical thinking and literary analysis through collaborative group discussion and interactive activities.
