Students will learn fun Hip-Hop dance techniques done to the A Million Dreams. Class will start with minor stretches and cardio to help the heart rate. Students will learn the dance moves step by step. Students will have fun during this session. Throughout the lesson I will modify and demonstrate all dances. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions. We will practice steps and add the music once all students are confidence. Class will end with a Dance-A-Long and yoga moves with breathing techniques. *** No dancing experience required. No BIG space is required.
