Description

Class Experience

Origami is fun and great for fine motor skills. It engages learner's hearing, vision, hands, and brain at the same time, and train them to work together to accomplish precise and specific tasks. If your learner is trained in doing origami, he/she can accomplish other complex task with ease. 

Students will be learning to fold basic folds: Valley Fold, Mountain Fold, Inside Reverse Fold, Outside Reverse Fold

Students will be learning to fold:
Square Base
Diamond Base
Triangle Base
Bird...

Students will be able to fold: Valley Fold, Mountain Fold, Inside Reverse Fold, Outside Reverse Fold

Students will be able to fold:
Square Base
Diamond Base
Triangle Base
Bird Base
Organ Base
Boat Base

Students will be able to fold origami pets, puppy, kitten, house and more!

No prior origami experience is required.

10 pieces 4x4 or 5x5 origami paper, or white printing paper cut into squares.

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
