Gratitude Journals and Meditation (Ongoing)
In this ongoing course, we will practice cultivating gratitude through various writing or art prompts and meditation.
In this class, we will discuss gratitude as a life skill and how to make it a part of your daily routine. We will use a different writing or drawing exercise each week to create a gratitude journal that students can then use daily if desired. Class time will be spent introducing the weekly prompt, sharing ideas, creating a gratitude journal entry and practicing a short meditation. Prompts may include creating a gratitude alphabet, making a gratitude rainbow, using a gratitude compass, etc....
0Learners will need writing materials. A simple pencil and paper will work. Learners are encouraged to bring any additional art supplies that they enjoy using.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
