Class Experience

Learners will be given a short, optional exercise that they can be done daily. This will be provided to help them begin to make gratitude a habit. 
Learners will need writing materials. A simple pencil and paper will work. Learners are encouraged to bring any additional art supplies that they enjoy using. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
