Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from University of New Orleans
Hello,
I’m Mrs. Krause. I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of New Orleans and I’m certified in three different states in grade levels pre-k through third grade. I have two children. A daughter who is turning six this year as well as a son who is turning one soon.
I wanted to become a teacher because I love helping kids learn new concepts and skills. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment in order for students to become confident and successful learners. I have over 10 years of experience teaching all subjects. I have 4 years of experience as a lead teacher in a traditional classroom.
I had my daughter in 2019 and that was when I started to look into teaching online. I have been with Outschool for over a year now and I absolutely love being able to connect with so many students. I am also fortunate that teaching at Outschool allows me the flexibility to stay at home with kids.
I love teaching math and listening to kids talk about their interests. I am excited to share my love and passion for learning with your child and I hope that it sparks their love of learning! See you in the classroom!
Kindly,
Mrs. Krause
