Students will then have the week to design an imaginary company social media account. This will be done OUTSIDE of class. Students do NOT need to actually create an account but hand draw or use computer software (or website) to create examples of the required posts (1 logo design, 2 marketing or advertising posts).
A PDF will be provided prior to class starting with resources and links for design.
Students will receive a letter grade (based on a predetermined rubric) and a certificate for completing the course.
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Parents- Please note; students do NOT need to create an actual profile on any social media site or app. All creation of a “company” and posts can be hand drawn or done on the computer but an actual social media account is not needed or recommended for this class.
