In this ongoing class, the students in grades 5-8 will learn to avoid the most common grammatical mistakes through instruction and journal writing. The purpose is to provide a working knowledge of grammar and basic usage through writing.

Description
Class Experience
The purpose of this on-going grammar course it to find those mistakes common to everyone, and correct them through personal writing.
Students will need to write a journal entry and upload it on Google classroom to the teacher.
Students will need a spiral notebook, pencils, and eraser. Students will send their finished journal entry to the teacher through Google Classroom.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No letter grade is given. Progress for each lesson will be kept on a chart to be filled out by the student.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
