In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to a story about a group of students who try to write stories using linking verbs.  Suddenly, the evil Miss Spell enters and takes away all the linking verbs! Who can save the day? Maybe the Supertwins, Vinnie and Vera Verb!  After the story, we will play an interactive linking verb game, where the students get to control the screen using a computer mouse or touch pad. Then we will make our craft. The students will use one or both of the attached printables to make a linking verb craft with the Supertwins. They will cut out linking verbs to glue in the correct sentences. Then they can decorate and cut out their Supertwin!

This class is great for children who are just learning about linking verbs, or to provide extra practice for learners who already know about linking verbs. Let's start our linking verb learning!
