In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to a book called "SuperHero ABC" by Bob McLeod. The author made a superhero for each letter of the alphabet and he uses alliteration throughout the book. After the book, we will play an interactive Alliteration game, where the students get to control the screen using their computer mouse or touch pad. Then we will make a superhero craft. We will use the first letter or letters of our names to make a sentence of alliteration for our...
Students will improve their understanding of alliteration. They will also be able to listen to a story and be able to share examples of alliteration for the different superheroes. They will also play an interactive game that focused on alliteration. Finally, students will be able to create a craft to continue to practice alliteration.
