Hello! My name is Robin. I have a Master's degree in Elementary Education and hold a K-6 Teaching Certificate in the state of Florida. After over 20 years in the classroom, and with a renewed joy of teaching, I have been teaching online for the last 6 years! Throughout the years, I have taught learners from 2nd - 11th grade, but 3rd-6th grades are where my heart is. My goal is to build confidence, making learning more enjoyable and less frustrating for all!
By request and/or occasionally 5-10 minutes to finish an activity at the end of class.
Basic school supplies will occasionally be needed for our lessons such as: pencil, paper, scissors, and a ruler. I will post a message in the classroom at least 24 hours before class with any supplies that may be needed each week. I will also upload attachments in the classroom for any activities or papers to be printed.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Scissors may be used in one or more of these classes. Parental guidance is suggested while learners are using scissors. (Please note the Outschool safety policy to remain off camera while assisting learners.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
