Description
Class Experience
Learners will improve their understanding of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and prepositions. They will develop and understanding of phrases and clauses and how they interact to form sentences.
I am an experienced public school teacher. I have taught reading and writing at all levels from pre-kindergarten through college. I have extensive experience working with struggling learners, and I am well trained in working with learners to identify and overcome their individual challenges in reading and writing.
30 minutes - 1 hour of optional practice per week will be made available to students
Learners will be provided with class documents to print before class. Please ensure that your learner has their documents for each class meeting. Much of the classwork will be based on these documents.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
