US Grade 5 - 8
This course best serves learners in grades 5th through 8th. The primary focus is on the grammar concepts of capitalization and punctuation. Learners will experience direct instruction, note-taking, discussion, and the application of skills. Learners are encouraged to be active participants in class discussions as well as share their work. While it's not mandatory, sharing with peers often builds connections and helps to understand constructive feedback. I've taught grammar, writing (in numerous forms), and literature.
