Grammar From a Hippo: Find and Sort the Words in a Short Poem!

This is a beginner's look into parts of speech, but a basic knowledge of the parts of speech (specifically nouns, adjectives, and verbs) is preferred. However, it is not required as we will briefly define the words at the start of class. 

Using a very short poem about hippos, students will get to engage in a poem that will both test basic comprehension and listening skills, and will reveal many words they can sort as a group for the second half of class.
