In this 2-week session, we will extensively cover all the rules of subject-verb agreement. Subject - Verb agreement simply means that the subject and verb agrees in number. In other words, both subject and verb need to match in either the singular or plural form. Sounds really easy right? But as you know the English language has so many peculiarities which make such a simple rule a little bit confusing at times. We will go through all the rules and all the exceptions to this rule. Students will have a greater understanding and command of the subject - verb agreement rule. In addition, they will end the course with their own Lapbook/Flapbook containing all the rules and exceptions. This should serve as their own resource and reference that should last them a long time while learning grammar.
