Description

Class Experience

Students will repeatedly practice all kinds of grammar rules and writing in the context of a coherent story.
Ideally, students should spend 10-30 minutes copying their corrected passage into their own notebook. They are creating a copy of the entire story. However, I won't be checking this, so it's up to you to oversee that if you wish.
Your student will need to have the IEW Grammar book, Fix It Frog Prince, by the first day of class. You may order it here: https://iew.com/shop/products/fix-it-grammar-frog-prince-or-just-deserts-student-book-3 Your student will also need colored pencils or pens: Red, blue, purple, green, yellow, brown, pink. They will not need all colors on the first day.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents will see the students' corrections in the grammar book and help them rewrite into another notebook.
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
