Beginner - Advanced Level
This class takes up coding projects based on the "Super Scratch Programming Adventure!" book. Buying the book is recommended but not required.
Stage 1. Riding a Flare from the Sun: sprites and coordinates.
Stage 2. Entering Space: costumes, movements, reactions and sound effects
Stage 3. Trapped by Mona Lisa's Smile: control the flow of a program, broadcast, variables 
Stage 4. Defend Hong Kong's Technocore: mouse control, bounce back

Learning Goals

Basic Elements of the Scratch programming platform: sprite, costume, tools, sounds
Sequencing program flow and repetitive loops

Marilena is certified H. Spec. Math, Computer and Business Studies, grades 4 to 12.  She has 15-year in-class teaching expertise and her students participate in Math and Computing contests with outstanding results: perfect score and Honour Roll of prestigious institutions, such as the University of Waterloo and Brock University in Canada, and the Math Olympiad in the USA. Marilena has a 5-year Math degree, IT major.
