Hello! My name is Teacher Christa, and I'm excited to teach your child! I have a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan! I currently live in Alberta, Canada and teach full time to a Grade 4 class. I teach all subject area including literacy, numeracy, social studies, science, health and art. I started my teaching career as a Kindergarten to Grade 6 music teacher. I then taught a Grade 2/3 class for many years, as well as Grade 2, and now currently Grade 4. I have been teaching for 24 years and each day I get to step into my classroom brings me joy! Primary children are my passion.

Outside of my classroom, I love to spend time with my husband and my 14 year old daughter. We love going for hikes, listening to music, dancing, and traveling!

In my classroom I want to make learning fun, enjoyable and not feel like work! I love seeing a child's face light up when they learn something, and want to make learning an exciting adventure! I look forward to seeing your child in my classroom!
