Description
Class Experience
I will be teaching Grade 7 Math. The class will include a lecture component and then practice component. Other worksheets and activities may also be used in class. I may use games, slides, video, images, manipulatives to teach the material. I will be using the interactive whiteboard on Zoom so students are encouraged to provide their share their responses using a mouse, in the chat box or using a drawing tablet. In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
3 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I may use Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets, for teaching our class and for informal assessments during our class. Student will not require a Gmail account to use them. For class notes, I will be only be using Zoom Screen Share to share the material in class. Students will be predominately writing in their own lined paper, notebook to do the problems.
