Class Experience
This 6-week course will cover the final part of the 7th and 8th Grade English Languages Arts Common Core Standards in a multi-age setting. Homeschooled students can benefit from a full and complete curriculum whereas students who are already taking ELA can enroll for additional support, practice, or enrichment. Bachelors (4.2 GPA) in English Literature and Music Masters degree (4.0 GPA) in Composition I have 19 years experience working with teens with academics and creativity, whether it may be with sharpening writing skills, honing in on proper grammar, and even discovering one's true writer's voice. Literature studies are the backbone of any society and bridge the gap between distant and not so distant timelines, ethnicities, cultures, and moral values that propel humanity forward.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
