We will learn about adjectives and sensory details. Then, we will use these skills to write descriptive paragraphs about our favorite day.

We will learn what it means to compare and contrast. Then, we will learn how to use Venn diagrams to compare and contrast different elements in our reading. Finally, we will turn our Venn diagrams into a paragraph.

We will each create our own unique, original character. Then, we will create a story outline and use our new characters in a short story.
