Hello 👋, are you looking for a 12th grader high school Chemistry class? If yes, this class may be a good fit.
In this 8 weeks summer camp, students will be learn the following;
Week 1: Atomic Model and Properties of Atoms
- Quantum numbers
- Electronic configuration
Week 2: Chemical Bonding and Properties of Matter
- Hybridizations
- Lewis and Resonance Structures
- Sigma and pi bonds
-Polarity, intermolecular forces
Week 3:...Students will be prepared for Grade 12 high school Chemistry
More than 5 years teaching and tutoring experience in Chemistry. A Ph.D in Organic Chemistry, first and second degree are both in Chemistry.
Homework Offered
Homework will be given weekly. This will need to be submitted on Saturdays every week via Outschool messaging. No grading is involved, the homework is just for students to practice and better understand the concepts they learnt that week.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
At the end of the 8 weeks camp. A written report on student progress will be sent to parents.Grades Offered
-Students will need the following; A notebook and pen to write down important points -A calculator (phone calculator can also be used) -And a periodic table (You can find a free one online)
