This 5-week flex course is perfect for visual learners who are curious about the world! Students will use Google Earth and Street View to travel to the top manmade monuments in Asia and learn about the geography, age, and history of each!

Class Experience
Students will improve their familiarity with Asia and its location, and its size compared to other continents. Students will also learn about 33 monuments in Asia and their cities, countries, ages, and reasons for being important.
I have a year of experience as a world geography and world culture teacher to elementary students in which I created my own classes, assignments, and evaluations based on the curriculum.
One quiz will be assigned each week to be completed after the lesson. It can be completed digitally in Google Forms. It should take about 10-15 minutes. After completing the quiz, students will submit the quiz and see their results and score. The teacher will be able to see the submitted quiz and give feedback.
Students will need access to Google Forms to complete the weekly quizzes. Once the quiz is completed and submitted, quiz results will be sent to the email entered at the top of the quiz, if requested. Students do not need a Google Earth account. Specific, pre-chosen, and relevant images will be shone during the screen share by me in the lessons.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
