Students are encouraged to practice reading skills, listening skills, communication skills, and sharing skills with each other. The class will allow students to discuss with the teacher and each other what they learned about each character, what they thought was interesting, and the course encourages creativity in the art or short writing assignment at the end of the discussions each week.
Instructor is an educator for the past 20+ years, and have worked with students ages 4 and up on various subjects, test prep and enrichment programs. She is STEM certified and currently wears many hats. Her specialty lies in understanding what parents like to see their child learning : speaking, reading, writing, listening, communication skills and more. This course will encourage students to participate as much, or little as they like, while fostering the respectful environment for all to feel safe and have a fun learning space.
Homework Offered
It is highly recommended that students read the book during the assigned two weeks to be able to participate in the book club discussions.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Assignments can be provided and graded by request. Certificate of completion will be provided to students who attend at least 6 of the total 8 weeks.
The series will include goddess girls and godboys and there will be typical crush moments, and friendship struggles that the characters face that will be discussed. The class is recommended to students age 7 and up, or at the parent/guardian's discretion.
