Class Experience
Equipment Bamboo sushi rolling mat Rice cooker (optional) Plastic wrap Ingredients 1 cup sushi rice 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp sugar 4 nori (seaweed) sheets 1/2 large English cucumber cut into long strips 1 large avocado cut into thin slices 6 imitation crab strips each roll will need 1.5 crab strips 2 eggs 2 Tbsp Shredded dried pork 1 Tbsp black seaweed Kewpie Mayonnaise
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class, we will use a knife and cutting board while making sushi with parental guidance. The ingredients are Gluten free. For learners with food allergies and food sensitivities, please read the ingredient carefully. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients you can just skip that and use other ingredients instead.
