During this class, young chefs will create a delicious gluten free thumbprint cookie! We will combine ingredients in a simple way and use our thumbs to finish off the cookies! Perfect for a beginner baker with absolutely no experience! During class, we will start with a short introduction of all learners, review materials and ingredients, then dive into the recipe. Ingredients: 2 cups Almond Flour 6 Tbsp Butter softened 6 Tbsp Powdered Sugar 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Any flavor jam or jelly Materials: 1 sheet pan lined with parchment or silicone baking mat 1 medium sized mixing bowl 1 mixing spoon 1 cup measuring cup Tablespoon measuring spoon teaspoon measuring spoon 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon Cookie scoop with trigger release, or spoon to form cookie balls
