Through this lesson, it will be illustrated the challenges of feeding the world’s population and explain the changes which need to be addressed. Learners will be watching a short video from industry professionals and how with the population increasing they are trying to plan the best approach to meet the needs of the population. Professionals provide insight and personal opinions on the issue of feeding the world with the growing population. Students will then be tasked with individually...
To define the problem with feeding the growing population. To analyze the role of distribution. To investigate outcomes and challenges of the growing population. To learn the importance of understanding the roles in feeding the world.
Agriculture is all around us, and many of our experiences with agriculture are primarily related to the foods we eat. This lesson will scratch the surface of an issue that has been lingering within the industry for decades.
