Description

Class Experience

Get excited for the holidays by coming out and making your own turkey creation! You have all traced your hand before, but you have never done it like THIS! We will have a great time constructing, coloring, decorating, and fashioning our art piece. Come out and socialize with lots of laughs as we share ideas and techniques. This is a great class for students who love art and color, but they don’t necessarily need to be an accomplished artist. These turkeys look best when they are invented...

Students will socialize and have fun in an engaging environment that promotes creativity.

For several years I was the lead teacher in a three-year-old classroom. Creating art was my favorite part of teaching!

No homework outside of the class. Students can take a picture of their art and send it to me through Outschool messaging. I can’t wait to see them!

White paper for drawing, pencils for tracing, markers/crayons/colored pencils (whatever they prefer coloring with), construction paper for mounting the turkey, scissors (some may need parental supervision), and any other art supplies they wish to decorate their turkey with.

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
