This class is a fun interactive workshop for girls. It provides a combination of science and wellness. Girls will learn how to make a variety of skincare items using natural ingredients from the home and also learn a variety of hands on ways to nourish their body, mind and spirit. These include yummy nutritious recipes, fun exercises, games and healthy lifestyle routines. Participants will be provided a schedule of daily activities and supply list ahead of the classes. The 5 Day Camp schedule will include: Day 1: The Spa Lab : Where participants will get to make a body care product using natural ingredients and learning useful science concepts . Day 2: The Spampering Lab where participants will learn useful relaxing techniques and enjoy a relaxing spa time using some of the products made in the Spa Lab the day before . Day 3: The Wellbeing Lab where participants will learn healthy routines and participate in a variety of physical activities that include dance and exercise . Day 4: The Craftivity Lab : Participants will get creative as they make a cute sleep mask using materials listed in the supply list . Day 5: The Spabulous Nutrition Lab . Participants will learn about the importance of healthy eating and the nutritional value of foods - they will get to create a few recipes using common household food Ingredients and get to make and enjoy a Smoothie Bowl.

Participants will be equipped with useful wellness practices that they can incorporate into their daily routine . They will learn useful science concepts while making a variety of natural skincare items .
