Description
Class Experience
This is an after school-club style class that allows girls to talk about everything girl related while creating fun arts and crafts projects. Each week I will come ready with a girl-related topic such as sports, hair, pets, animals, school, how to make friends at school, music, and movies to guide the conversation. Girls in class are encouraged to come with their own topics and interests to discuss with the club while we enjoy creating memorable arts & crafts. Supply list: Throughout August...
Students will form lasting memories with friends while creating enjoyable arts & crafts projects.
Most projects will be completed by the end of class, some projects may require a final step after class and I will explain instructions when necessary along with posting the final step to complete the project.
Supply list: Throughout August we will continue our color-blend art work in which we focus on creating original artwork inspired by photography. We will review the different elements as a class and I will demonstrate how to draw anything your learner wants demonstrated! Because many students are traveling for summer vacation I have a flexible supply list but recommend having pencil/eraser, paper to draw on (I recommend construction paper), and learner's choice of either markers/colored pencils/crayons/or anything else they'd like to color with! (some learners choose to use paint, that is perfectly fine as well!)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
