In this course, we will get stronger together as a group, as well as build a community. Working out can be intimidating, especially when you do it alone. When you have a group of people supporting you and cheering you on, as well as someone to guide you through your workouts, it makes it less scary, and more fun. I have been a fitness guru for a couple of years now, and have taught multiple fitness classes such as barre, core strengthening, full-body workouts, as well as making fitness plans. Getting the opportunity to get stronger every day by challenging my body is my favorite thing. I am also a child psychology major in college, which helps me give insight into the mental factors of fitness.

Fitness is something to be taken seriously, as a student could injure themselves in the process. Please make sure your student has a cleared-out floor to take our class in. This way there is no opportunity for rolling ankles or stepping on anything during class. Your student will also need to make sure they have proper nutrition intake before class, this provides them with a good amount of energy to take the class. Do also make sure your student does a light stretch before class, although we will be having a short warm-up to start each class with. This will prevent injuries and strained muscles. Your student will also need to have their hair pulled back to make sure they are able to move properly throughout our class.
