In this ongoing cardio, resistance bands, and light weight training class, students will be empowered to accept their own fitness abilities and be encouraged to grow and challenge themselves, through fun fitness activities and workouts!
Class experience
Students will learn a range of fun fitness activities and exercises, using resistance bands, light weight training, and fun physical fitness activities and body movement. I love my students to be engaged in the learning process, ask questions, and enjoy meeting new learners. My teaching style is: Fun, Friendly and Engaging! While working out together as a class I allow students to be unmuted if they choose to, so that we can engage together, ask questions during the workout and have fun...
We will be rotating throughout the weeks between, light weight training, resistance bands and physical fitness body movements. Supplies needed depending on the week: ~ Light to medium resistance bands ~ Light hand held weights ~ Safe space to workout in ~ Water ~ Mat (optional) or carpeted space for floor work
This is a movement class. Parents accept all liability and will be present during their students' class. It is my job to lead, teach and suggest physical activity body movements to your students. Parents are responsible for choosing this class and allowing their students' to participate in all activities that are right for them.
