In this one time class students will learn all the great and not so great hygiene routines.

Class Experience

**This is not a medical class.  I will NOT be offering any medical advice to the children. If your child is not ready to hear about hygiene, sweat and stinky armpits, the menstrual cycle and how to keep clean this is not the class for you. We WILL be discussing the menstrual cycle and how to keep clean before, during and after.  This is a puberty class.  This class is to get into a good hygiene routine.**


     This class focuses specifically on hygiene. We talk about hair, body, hands,...

Students will learn useful hygiene tips.

This class will only be taught by people who have personal and extensive knowledge on this topic.

 I will be teaching how to care for the body while the children go through puberty. We will be discussing the menstrual cycle and more of stinky arm pits and other areas.
