Join Rozine for a fun and festive art class where children will learn to draw charming gingerbread houses adorned with all sorts of sweet decorations! Students will start by sketching the basic shapes of their houses. Step by step, they'll add fun details like doors, windows, and yummy treats. Rozine encourages creativity, inviting students to personalize their designs with backgrounds and extra scenery. In this supportive environment, young artists will thrive as they explore their artistic skills and bring their holiday visions to life! Supply List
Students will need either a sketchpad, or 5-10 sheets of drawing or printer paper (just in case). Pencils and erasers are a must. Coloring utensils can be crayons, colored pencils, and/or markers. Paint is fine, if student is familiar, but will not be taught during this class. A Sharpie marker is optional. Students can frame their artwork by stapling it to a larger sheet of colored construction paper (also optional).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Since 2005, Rozine taught cartooning classes to elementary-aged, inner-city children in Chicago and Los Angeles. She is the illustrator, author, and publisher of several all-age coloring activity books. She creates a relaxing atmosphere, encouraging connection amongst others, as well as confident self-expression.
