In this class you will learn how to make a jar baking mix gift and a toy for your favorite dog or dog lover.

Class Experience

I have multiple rescue animals, including dogs. I love baking for my dogs and giving them gifts for the holiday.
Ribbon or string of choice for tying cookie cutter and recipe to jar
Paper for writing the recipe
1 quart size mason jar (with lid- screw on lid is fine)
cookie cutter (dog bones or holiday cookie cutters are super cute, but any work)
Flour ( whole-wheat or oat works great)
Ground ginger
Ground Cinnamon
a large mouth funnel is helpful in putting the ingredients in the jar, but not mandatory
measuring spoons for measuring out the ingredients into your jar
scissors for cutting your ribbon
3 pieces of fleece approximately 1-2 inches wide by 2-3 ft long.
Students will not be using the oven, as we will only be making the gift, not the dog biscuits. The only sharp items they will be using is scissors to cut the ribbon or string for tying the cookie cutter and recipe to the jar.
