Gifted and Talented: How to Play SET
What's included

Think fast! SET is a fun and challenging card game that has won over 35 Best Game awards. It's equally appropriate for children and adults alike. Though the rules are very simple (there's really only one rule!), the game requires keen logic and uses both right and left-brain thought processes. It was created by a population geneticist and has a mathematical structure. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a fast-paced race to find 3-card "sets" before your opponent. It's also great for solo-play as well. This class in intended for learners who have never played SET before. Learners do not need to own the game. Learning Goals
Students will be able to discern whether or not a 3-card combination is a "set." They will use logic to assemble their own "sets" independently.
