Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn to make Gluten Free Garlic Knots and how to meditate with confidence.
I enjoy cooking and I am an adult and children's yoga teacher well versed in guided meditation for children and adults.
1 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour with xanthan gum (I use the Kind Arthur Brand) 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I use 2% plain Fage Greek Yogurt) 3 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley Olive oil for brushing (I use an olive oil spray) (you will need a brush if you are brushing on the olive oil) An Oven and stove top Oven Mitt a sink for washing hands throughout the preparation and cooking process Sheet Pan for baking medium/large sized pan with lid (lid is optional but very helpful) for coating garlic knots in garlic butter after they are baked measuring spoons measuring cup mixing bowl fork extra flower for dusting rolling pin or glass cup for rolling out dough Adult supervision at all times A chair for meditating Ability to set a kitchen timer
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
