Is Grogu (Baby Yoda) one of your favorite characters? In this class, we will learn all about the character Grogu's life journey and how the force influenced his path in The Mandalorian and The Star Wars Universe. We will also learn about the character traits that make Grogu a hero. What would have happened if he would have never met The Mandalorian? We will also explore the possible outcomes in The Star Wars Universe if had Grogu had never survived Order 66. After learners have gone through Grogu's full background and history in my lecture, they will engage in an interactive discussion about their thoughts and opinions about the character. They will also use their critical thinking skills to answer discussion questions on "what if" scenarios. Examples of these are, "What if Grogu would have never met The Mandalorian?" and "What if Grogu had never survived Order 66?" There will be slides, pictures, and video clips for the students to read and view during the class. The only required experience or knowledge learners should have before attending the class is to be familiar with Grogu (Baby Yoda). It would definitely not hurt them to watch or re-watch The Mandalorian series and/or The Book of Boba Fett.

North Carolina Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education from Lourdes College
I have been teaching for 19 years in elementary education. Not only do I teach character traits, one of the main skills I teach in Reading and English is critical thinking, which is to think more deeply into and beyond the stories or subjects. I'm also very knowledgeable as a Star Wars fanatic and I am absolutely involved in the saga.
