Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6

In this class, we will start with a small tutorial about the basics of what a Logic Puzzle is. We will then start solving logic puzzles together. As we solve, we will work through different types of clues and talk about how to represent that on the chart.

This class will be include a lot of discussion and application. We will talk through the strategies to be sure everyone understands. Students will have the opportunity to make comments and offer observations and solutions. 

I love to have fun in class. My goal is for each student to have fun, learn some skills, and have the confidence and interest to continue solving logic puzzles on their own.

Learners do not need to have any prior knowledge for this class. It is ideal if they know how to annotate on the screen, but not necessary.

Hello! My name is Miss Whitney! If you are interested in a class, but it isn't offered at a time that works for you, please reach out and I'll see what I can do! 

I plan to teach fun and engaging classes related to reading, technology, ASL, and art. If you are interested in a class I don't have scheduled, please reach out! I was an elementary school teacher for three years, a high school seminary teacher for one, and an elementary computer teacher for one. For the past four and a half years, I've been teaching online to allow me to stay home with my children. I've always wanted to be a teacher because I have a love of learning and love working with children. I believe that making learning fun can make it easier. I love singing, reading, and Disney princesses! I'm excited to get to know your child!
