In this one time class, your learner will participate in a variety of brain break activities to assist in their regulation for the remainder of their day. This will be a great class for them to complete before school or in the middle of their day to increase their attention and focus on their daily tasks. Brain break are vital in a child's day to help them be as successful as they can. This class will provide a variety of movements/heavy work to help them get all their wiggles out and get them back on track, in a fun a interactive way! While following along with the teacher each learner will participate in 20-30 second energizing movements. This will be an interactive and social class setting to encourage interaction with one another. Movements will consist of a variety of "animal walks", easy yoga poses, and quick energizing spurts such as jumping jacks or running in place. We will incorporate a story to go along with each brain break to encourage increased participation and imagination!

Parental Guidance
Please provide your child with an appropriate amount of space to do body movements such as jumping jacks, arm circles, and animal walks.
Please ensure your child is in appropriate footwear to participate in body movement activities.
Please provide your child with a water bottle
Stretching prior to exercises will be included in class

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
