Get the Inside Scoop on Succeeding in High School Biology
This is going to start as a single day conversation with a high school bio teacher as an opportunity for students to ask questions, gain insight as to what their year might look like, and find out how to best prepare for the first quarter.

Description
Class Experience
My goal is to help students let go of any fears or anxieties they are having about their biology classes. Science tends to be a subject that scares some students but I want to help them let go of that and see that they can be successful!
As mentioned in the earlier description, I have been teaching middle school and high school for almost 20 years - the majority of which has been high school biology and chemistry. Because this is a student-driven question style class, there might be the question of learning about reproduction within the discussion. If this does occur, it will be addressed from a scientific/biological standpoint.
No homework.
No supplies needed
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No assessment.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
