Class experience
Hello! This is a beginners group vocals class in which you will learn the fundamentals of developing a voice for the stage! No experience is necessary, just come ready to sing, and with a 45 second-1 minute cut of a song that you like to perform. In this class we will cover topics such as: proper warm-ups, vowel placement and sounds, healthy breathing for singers, and breaking out of your comfort zone. Students will learn the fundamentals of developing a healthy, resonant, stylistic voice that is required for the stage.
Homework Offered
Please prepare a 45 second- 1 minute cut from a song of your choice to perform for the class. This is highly encouraged. (However, you are welcome to observe if you experience any form of stage fright). We will listen to each performer, and give positive feedback to our peers.Assessments Offered
