Description
Class Experience
- Writers will learn multiple outlining styles and understand how to use one or more to fit their writing style - Writers will understand the difference between plotters, pantsers, and plantsers and learn which fits their current style of writing - Writers will have the tools to make decisions for their story and have a foundation on which to build their writing.
Sarah Maynard is a children's book writer and illustrator with over 10 years of experience focused on the craft of writing stories. Her journal for teens, Write Before Posting, is available on Amazon. She is the Assistant Regional Advisor for the PA:West Region of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
The time devoted outside of class is dependent on how detailed of an outline the writer wishes to complete.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
